Big news for food lovers in Huntsville! Taziki’s Mediterranean Café has officially opened its doors at The Foundry on Governors Drive, marking a delicious milestone as the very first retail tenant to join this exciting new mixed-use development. The grand event took place on February 21, 2025, and it looks like it will be a game changer for the local dining scene.
For those who can’t resist the allure of Mediterranean cuisine, Taziki’s is now your go-to spot! The café specializes in made-to-order Mediterranean food, available daily from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Whether you’re craving a hearty meal or a light snack, Taziki’s menu features a variety of delicious offerings bursting with flavor. And the good news doesn’t stop there!
Mark your calendars! Taziki’s is throwing a grand opening celebration on January 30, and it promises to be an unforgettable day. The festivities will include special promotions to entice your taste buds. One highlight is a mouthwatering $5 Grilled Chicken Gyro Meal, available all day for dine-in and carryout customers. What a fantastic way to introduce the community to their fresh and vibrant menu!
In a heartwarming gesture, Taziki’s is also committed to supporting local initiatives. During the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the café will match up to $2,000 in funds raised in-store, contributing to the Crim Foundation Fund of the Huntsville Hospital Foundation. It’s always great to see businesses linking arms with the community they serve!
But wait, there’s more! Taziki’s isn’t stopping at just one location. The café is expanding its reach within Huntsville by setting up two new locations: one at The Foundry and another at Hays Farm. The soon-to-be-opened Hays Farm location can be found at 11220 Memorial Parkway SW, Suite C, and it will also unveil its doors to the public on January 30. If you’re a fan of Taziki’s, this is double the fun!
In addition to the new locations, there’s also excitement brewing for another Taziki’s café projected to open in mid-2025 at Hampton Cove, located at 6407 Hwy 431, Suite D. With construction for The Foundry location kicking off with an expected completion in December 2024 and Hays Farm gearing up to break ground in the fall of 2024, Huntsville’s culinary landscape is definitely on the rise.
With these three new spots, the total number of Taziki’s locations in Huntsville will soar to five! In the Huntsville-Florence area, that means six vibrant places to enjoy Mediterranean flavors. All of this expansion also lifts Taziki’s total presence in Alabama to an impressive 24 locations and nearly 100 restaurants across the central and eastern regions of the United States.
