Huntsville, Alabama — The Limestone County Coroner’s office has confirmed the identity of a man found after a devastating fire on Highway 72 earlier this year. The remains discovered on May 3 have been identified as those of 70-year-old Rohn E. Pruett, with confirmation achieved through DNA analysis conducted by the Alabama Department of Forensics.
According to the Huntsville Police Department (HPD), Pruett’s remains were located in the early hours of May 3 at approximately 2:30 a.m. The police had initially responded to a report of a deceased individual near the address 29900 Hwy 72.
