Carol Gentz, a resident of Huntsville, expressed her enthusiasm: “I’m really excited about the new routes and the new transit center. I think it’s a great addition to the services in the city.”
Another attendee, Zane Breen from nearby Madison, shared, “It’s really nice to see the actual investments in our public transit. I love seeing the new station here. I’ve been following it for a while, and it’s incredible to see it now.”

Jim Locke, a South Huntsville local, shared his thoughts on the new options available: “First off, this will save gas. If you can use the bus as opposed to, you know, driving your car around.”

With 11 new routes established throughout the Huntsville Metro area, the service aims to serve a broader audience. The latest route extends south of the city, connecting residents to essential locations like the Walmart and Sandra Moon Center. Gentz noted, “I was really impressed that it went down to the Walmart to the Sandra Moon Center, so it’s really going to connect a lot of the services in the South Huntsville area.”
