Huntsville Man Arrested on Drug Charges with Bond Set at $4 Million

In an early morning operation in Huntsville, Alabama, a local man was arrested on serious drug charges after police executed a search warrant at a residence on Jonathan Drive. This incident took place on Friday, July 26.

Details of the Arrest

The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) reported that the North Alabama Drug Task Force (NADTF) conducted a weeklong investigation leading to the arrest of 36-year-old Trenton Lorenzo Grays. In a significant haul, authorities seized:

  • 13.75 ounces of fentanyl
  • 4 ounces of crack cocaine
  • 6.5 ounces of methamphetamine ice
  • 501 Xanax pills
  • 46 grams of mushrooms
  • 3.2 pounds of marijuana
  • 2.8 pounds of spice (analog)
  • 1.8 grams of ecstasy

Additionally, Grays was found in possession of a firearm, leading to multiple charges related to drug trafficking.

Charges and Bond Details

Following his arrest, Grays was booked into the Madison County Jail with a bond set at a staggering $4 million. The charges include trafficking in fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, analogs, and marijuana.

The HPD indicated that this case is still under investigation, hinting that there could be more arrests or charges as the inquiry into the drug trafficking operation continues.
