Huntsville is gearing up for a significant event as two local education advocacy groups are jointly hosting a forum featuring candidates for the Huntsville City Schools Board of Education. The forum is scheduled to take place on August 12, 2024, at 6 p.m. in the auditorium of the Academy for Academics and Arts, located at 4800 Sparkman Dr NW.
The forum, organized by Huntsville Council PTA and The Schools Foundation, gives residents an opportunity to engage with the six candidates vying for two different school board seats.
