Crestwood Medical Center is a medical facility in Huntsville, Alabama. The medical complex had 918 workers as of 2014. The Joint Commission has accredited it. There are 180 licensed beds at Crestwood Medical Center. Community Health Systems owns and operates the hospital, which is a for-profit organization. There were 9,608 inpatient hospitalizations, 696 births, and 101,608 outpatient visits at Crestwood in 2014.

Crestwood was founded in 1964 as a nursing facility and was called after the neighborhood in which it was originally located. The following year, it was converted into a hospital. Dr. Ellis Sparks, Dr. James Earl Robertson, and Dr. Bernie Moore, as well as local businessman Archie Hill, founded it. Crestwood Medical Center is a teaching hospital with national rankings in two disciplines.
