Sponsor Our ArticlesMadison residents are in for a treat as Dutch Bros Coffee is set to open its first drive-thru location at The Shoppes of Madison. The Madison Planning Commission has recommended this exciting development, which will allow locals to enjoy delicious coffee on the go. Conveniently located across U.S. 72 from Clift Farm, the drive-thru is expected to be a popular spot for residents. This move marks a significant change in zoning regulations and is part of broader community growth, including the approval of Madison Farm’s Phase 3 development.
Madison residents, get ready for a delicious treat! A shiny new Dutch Bros Coffee drive-thru is set to open its doors at The Shoppes of Madison. This exciting development has just been recommended for approval by the Madison Planning Commission, and folks around town are buzzing with anticipation. As the first Dutch Bros location in Madison, it’s bound to become a local favorite!
So, where exactly will this coffee haven be? The new drive-thru will take up a cozy 0.84 acres right in the shopping center, conveniently located across U.S. 72 from Clift Farm. It’s the perfect spot for locals to swing by and grab their caffeine fix on the go, and all without having to leave their cars! This classic drive-thru format is something many have been waiting for, especially since the area has been growing rapidly.
Until now, the current zoning rules didn’t allow for drive-thru operations at The Shoppes of Madison. However, the Planning Commission’s recommendation marks a significant shift. This change means that soon, sipping on your favorite coffee while cruising through the drive-thru will become a delightful reality. And if you’re worried about parking spaces, fear not! The arrival of this Dutch Bros location is not expected to significantly impact parking at the shopping center.
While this will be the first Dutch Bros venture in Madison, coffee lovers will be happy to know that there are already three Dutch Bros locations serving Huntsville. If you haven’t tried their drinks yet, now’s the time to get excited! Dutch Bros is known for its vibrant energy, friendly staff, and, of course, a stellar lineup of coffee and drink options that cater to every taste.
But the exciting changes don’t stop with Dutch Bros! The Planning Commission also gave the thumbs up to Phase 3 of the Madison Farm development. This initiative, led by McKinley Homes, is set to create a thriving community on nearly 98 acres, with up to 292 residential lots alongside commercial space and parks. The latest phase approved includes 77 lots, with 22 designated for townhomes and 55 for single-family homes. It’s clear that Madison is evolving!
What’s the next step for our soon-to-be coffee spot? The recommended proposal from the Planning Commission will now be reviewed by the City Council for final approval. Keep your fingers crossed, as this exciting stage is expected to unfold in the near future.
As we eagerly await the arrival of Dutch Bros Coffee, it’s clear that Madison is on the brink of becoming a vibrant hub for food, drink, and community growth. So, whether you’re a long-time resident or new to the area, get ready to enjoy all the brews and the buzz that’s coming your way!
