Child carried on stretcher
MADISON CO., Ala. – A child is being transported to the hospital after having a medical emergency at Liberty Middle School on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Don Webster with HEMSI, the incident happened on the football field at around 2:47 p.m. A spokesperson for Madison City Schools says the emergency happened during physical education class. HEMSI, Madison Police, and Madison Fire were on the campus addressing the situation. The child’s parents have been notified.
Webster says the child is being transported to Huntsville Hospital for Women and Children. At this time, the child’s condition is unknown.
