Huntsville is gearing up to welcome another Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop as the popular chain expands its foothold in Alabama. The new restaurant is set to open its doors later this year or early next year at 2003 Whitesburg Drive.
The excitement follows the successful debut of Alabama’s first Capriotti’s on March 27, located at Clift Farm on 461 John Henry Way in Madison. The initial location has received an enthusiastic response from sandwich lovers, featuring the brand’s famous offerings.
Jennifer Ashcraft, who made the leap from the corporate world to restaurant ownership, is the driving force behind this expansion. She envisions a solid future for Capriotti’s in the region, having already committed to opening three restaurants within a five-year timeframe. “It was always part of the plan to grow and bring more Capriotti’s to our local community,” Ashcraft stated.
Capriotti’s is known for its unique sandwiches, made from high-quality ingredients and boasting a variety that caters to different tastes. The upcoming location on Whitesburg Drive is expected to attract a diverse crowd of both longtime fans and newcomers eager to try their signature subs, such as the Bobbie and the Cheesesteak.
As the opening date approaches, locals are eager to see what this new Capriotti’s will bring to the Huntsville dining scene. With the first location already making waves, expectations are high for successful growth and delicious sandwiches at the new site.
