Capriotti’s to Launch Second Restaurant in Huntsville Metro Area

She envisions a solid future for Capriotti’s in the region, having already committed to opening three restaurants within a five-year timeframe. “It was always part of the plan to grow and bring more Capriotti’s to our local community,” Ashcraft stated.
