Sunday morning, the Hartselle Police Department attempted to make a traffic stop on a vehicle driving erratically within their city limits. The driver did not comply with the stop and proceeded to flee towards Decatur.

Upon entering Decatur, the driver made a dangerous move by attempting to hit a Decatur Police Department officer who was trying to intervene in the pursuit. The chase continued back towards Hartselle, with the suspect displaying reckless behavior by attempting to collide with several law enforcement vehicles along the way.

The pursuit extended to Falkville, where the suspect’s actions posed a significant threat to officers from various agencies involved in trying to bring the situation under control.
