Animals of all kinds, right here in the Tennessee Valley, are in search of their forever homes. This week, we’re showing off two wonderful pets on the lookout for their ideal families, meet Villa and Trapper!
First to feature is Villa, a calico tabby with FIV+ and FELV+ status, who is currently a resident at the Greater Huntsville Humane Society (GHHS). Villa isn’t your ordinary domestic cat; she is friendly, playful, loves attention, and with her hearty purr, she can make anyone’s heart melt. However, Villa likes to enjoy her space and can get a bit bossy. As such, she might do best as the only furry child at home.
Being one-year-old, Villa is bursting with character and is looking for a household where she can be the center of all the love and pampering.
Not to be forgotten, we have Trapper, a charming medium-sized dog who we are featuring for the second time since his initial appearance in December. Despite his unique appeal, Trapper is still in search of his forever home.
Trapper is filled with energy, loves to go for walks, frolic with his toys, and is always up for a good treat. As per the GHHS, Trapper is comfortable around other dogs his size that can match his zest for life.
Although Trapper can be a bit shy around new faces, he turns into a real sweetheart once he warms up to you. His hopeful family just needs to give him time to come out of his shell. Trapper is best suited to a home without cats or young children.
If you’re interested in adopting Villa or Trapper, visit the Greater Huntsville Humane Society’s official site for more details. Remember, adopting a pet is a lifelong commitment. It’s not just about providing a home; it’s about giving them the love and care they deserve.
