Hey there, Huntsville! There’s something fresh and fantastic happening at the Southeast Family YMCA that is sure to get you moving in the new year. Are you tired of gym hours that just don’t fit your schedule? Do you want to work out like a superhero at midnight or whenever that mood strikes? Well, you’re in luck because the YMCA has stepped up its game big time!
Starting now, adult members aged 19 and older can enjoy round-the-clock access to the Fitness Center. This isn’t just a dream – it’s a reality! You can hit those weights or jump on a treadmill anytime you like. Want to squeeze in a workout at 11 p.m. after the kids are asleep? Or maybe you fancy an early morning sweat session before heading to work? With this new program, you can.
The best part? There’s no extra fee for this awesome access! Just swing by the Member Services Desk to opt in. It’s as easy as pie. If you’re ready to flex your muscles at any hour, this could be your ticket to a fitter you.
We all know the hustle and bustle of daily life can make it tough to stick to a workout routine. The heart and soul behind this new initiative at the YMCA recognizes that our schedules are busier than ever. With the in-demand flexibility of 24/7 access, they are hoping to help members like you stay committed to those new year resolutions!
The usual staffed hours will still be in place too. You can chat with staff from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays, and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays. But the rest of the time? It’s all yours!
Now we know what you may be thinking. Late-night workouts? What about safety? No worries here! The YMCA has put several measures in place to ensure you feel secure working out at those off-peak hours. The Fitness Center will be the only area available for use during these non-staffed hours. Unfortunately, that means locker rooms, the pool, and all restrooms (besides a single-stall lavatory) will remain closed. This is to maintain a controlled environment for safety.
Plus, the facility is equipped with video surveillance and emergency kits to keep you covered during your after-hours workouts. So go ahead, lift those weights or go for that late-night jog – safety is a top priority!
This new 24/7 access program is all about helping you maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Imagine how easy it will be with the freedom to work out on your terms. So, why not take advantage of this exciting new opportunity?
For more information about the program, just pop over to their website or head to the Member Services Desk at the Southeast Family YMCA. Your fitness journey is about to get a major upgrade.
This is the perfect chance to take back control of your health and fitness. Happy sweating, Huntsville!
