Celebrating a Decade of Growth: Freedom Real Estate & Capital’s 10th Anniversary in Huntsville

Huntsville, Alabama, was the place to be recently as Freedom Real Estate & Capital, LLC marked its impressive 10th anniversary with a lively celebration. The event attracted a delightful mix of local officials, business leaders, and community members, making it a wonderful gathering of people coming together to recognize a significant milestone. But that’s not all; the celebration was packed with exciting news and generous gestures that really showcased Freedom’s commitment to the community.

New Office Tenants Make Their Home at Hays Farm

The highlight of the event was the announcement of the very first tenants at The Offices at Hays Farm, a stunning 54,000-square-foot, three-story Class-A office building that has recently opened its doors in the Hays Farm community. With its beautiful views of south Huntsville and proximity to the lovely Hays Farm Central Park, it’s an attractive addition to the area.

During the celebrations, Bill Roark, the CEO of Freedom Real Estate & Capital, couldn’t hide his excitement when he revealed that Thompson Gray and Gray Analytics would be the inaugural tenants. They’ll be occupying the entire third floor and a large portion of the second floor.

Roark said, “We are excited to welcome Thompson Gray and Gray Analytics to The Offices at Hays Farm. They’re an ideal fit for this space, and we’re thrilled they’ve chosen to make it their home.”

Ron Gray, the CEO of Thompson Gray and founder of Gray Analytics, echoed Roark’s sentiments. “The location is perfect for both our customers and employees, with easy access to Redstone Arsenal and the amenities of Hays Farm. As a long-time partner of Bill Roark, I’m proud to associate our companies with the high standards set by Freedom and Torch.”

Exciting Plans for Office Relocation

Apart from welcoming new tenants, exciting plans were also shared regarding Freedom’s own operations. Roark announced that Freedom Real Estate & Capital would be relocating their offices to the second floor of The Offices at Hays Farm. This move leaves about 18,000 square feet available for lease on the first floor, offering more opportunities for businesses looking to establish themselves in the vibrant Hays Farm area.

A Heartfelt Contribution to the Community

$10,000 donation to 10 local charities, demonstrating a commitment to uplift the community that has supported them over the past decade. Some of the beneficiaries include Alabama A&M University, Alzheimer’s Association, American Heart Association, Breakthrough T1D, Downtown Rescue Mission, Family Services Center, Food Bank of North Alabama, Free2Teach, give256, and New Hope Children’s Clinic.

Roark shared, “Freedom has come a long way from its origins.
